How does our factory control the quality of induction cookers and infrared cookers

1. Standardization of production: Organization of production completely according to the requirements of ISO 9001 and SOP (standard operation procedure)

2. Lots of advanced production equipment and testing devices: Advanced equipment and devices are necessary to improve efficiency and quality of products. Our workshops were equipped with a lot of advanced machines, such as component taping machines, vertical and horizontal insertion mount machines, fully automatic wave soldering machines, ICT, glue dispensing machines, high temperature operating life tester, etc. And in the testing rooms are such devices as life tester, oscilloscope, multiplex temperature detector, voltage regulator, transistor tester, stabilized voltage supply, dielectric strength tester, power meter, lightning surge generator, pulse group generator, variable frequency power supply, chip programmer, thermostat, eco-friendly solder pot, standard cookware kits, etc.

3. Core parts manufactured by ourselves: Motherboards (PCB), generally regarded as one of the core parts of portable induction cookers, are produced at our own electronic workshops.

4. List of qualified suppliers of spare parts: We contacted and visited hundreds of suppliers of spare parts, checked their production, and finally made a list of qualified suppliers. The spare parts, which our company dose not make, are purchased only from the suppliers, qualified by us.

5. Incoming inspection: Strict inspection of any receiving materials from crystal plates, heating elements even to small screws before their use.

6. Pre-production samples testing: Before bulk production of any new products, our technicians thoroughly test the samples to ensure all the performances accord with established norms and requirements of our clients.

7. QC on production lines: On each line there are QC, responsible for inspecting of specific process to guarantee the quality.

8. Aging test: Each piece of cooktops has to pass the aging test through the high temperature operating life machine before packaging.

9. Inspection of finished products: All finished products are to be inspected before warehousing.

10. Third party inspection: Customers may designate their own QC or third party to take inspection at our factory before shipment.

11. Trained workers, skilled technicians and engineers: 80% of workers, technicians and engineers has been working at our factory for more than 4 years, and some of them even for 7-8 years. New comers are not allowed to do work until they complete established training.
